Terms And Conditions

By accepting Skyweb Designs Terms and conditions electronically, and / or by using Skyweb Designs Services including but not limited to submission of content, payment or authorization of payment or sale, you (client) agree that you will be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• You consent to receive electronically from Skyweb Designs any notices, agreements, disclosures, or any other communications.
• You agree that Skyweb Designs can use your provided email address to send you notices
• You agree to check your provided email regularly for any notices we may have sent you.
• You understand that once you commit to the final design there will be no refund, should you not be happy and want a refund, please state this before the final design stage.
• You understand that Skyweb Designs may include your design as samples of work completed for portfolio purposes.
• You agree that this electronic acceptance would be the same as if you had agreed to these Terms in writing.
• You understand that myspace updates regularly and some codes may not work anymore, this is not the reponsibility of Skyweb Designs though should this happen you may get in touch with us for updates to your profile. Depending on the update size you may be charged a small amount. Usually the update is not huge and we will do this for free but it is your responsibility to get in touch with us should this happen.

By using SD you agree to the most recent version of the TAC and if you fail to comply with these TAC then your design may result in termination.
