Myspace Customization

I am going to talk about Myspace Customization, the benefits of it, some downfalls that can happen due to it etc. To find out more keep reading...

Myspace Customization is a big thing these days, everyone wants to look good and stand out from the rest, the only problem is, everyone wants to do this! When everyone wants to do this that does not have the knowledge to do it, what happens? They all go to the same websites, searching google for free Myspace Layouts, free Myspace Customization etc. Now I am not saying this is a bad thing, some free Myspace Layouts are good, but what happens is everyone starts to want the same thing, and then your profile will look similiar to everyone elses which just kills the point of Myspace Customization if you ask me. I believe you should Customize your Myspace Profile Design to YOUR REQUIREMENTS and not just settle for some pre made Custom Myspace Design. When I think of Myspace Customization I think of being Unique, standing out with a Professional Myspace Design that no one else has, this way you are the only one with that Myspace Layout Design.

This isn't so important to individuals who just want to have a better looking Myspace Profile than the normal default Profiles but to someone who needs to stand out such as a Band Profile, then this is a completely different story, it is important for them to always be unique and stand out.

The downfall to having a Custom Myspace Design is the method of updating it, sometimes certain sections will not be easily updated the way you normally would, sometimes you have to look within a DIV BOX or whatever the Designer has used, and change the content within that yourself, this can be confusing if you do not understand HTML and CSS but a good Myspace Designer will always give clear, simple to follow instructions for any part of the Myspace Layout that does not update the default way. This is just a small downfall. A bigger downfall is the fact that Myspace is hard to code for and it changes it's coding ALL THE TIME. So if you have a Myspace Profile Designed Professionally a few months ago the code may now be outdated and need updating, this is not the Myspace Designers fault at all, Myspace changes code all the time and the Myspace Designer can not be held responsible for it, however this is a major downfall as a lot of the time the changes Myspace make require you to update your code to allow for the new changes, the most recent is the footer links, Myspace no longer allows you to hide them, and I have seen many Myspace Layouts that are still hiding them, eventually you will be warned or banned if you do not follow the terms so it is always important to keep up to date with them, and you will usually find if you message the Myspace Designer that created your Custom Myspace Design they will usually re-code it for you for a small fee, obviously it won't be the same price as what you paid for the whole design + coding, as all the Myspace Designer is doing is re-coding it, which should take no more than 1 hour if no problems pop up. This is still quite a hard task and a bit of work but it's worth to pay to get it re-coded so that you do not get your Myspace Profile banned, some have been banned without warning for not following the terms.
