This page was created to explain what Myspace Band Profiles are and the differences between Personal Myspace Profiles and Myspace Band Profiles. If you have a Band Profile you will not need to read this but if you are thinking of creating or updating to a Band Profile then this page can help you.

Myspace Band Profiles are coded slightly different to Personal Myspace Profiles. Unlike Personal Profiles they do not have an About Me Section. Usually you put all of your code in a section called Bio. Personal Myspace Profiles do not have a section named Bio, this is the main visible difference when editing your Band Profile. There are several other things that are different but unless you know html and css and edit your profile you will not really pick up on them, these are mainly to do with the classes, a Band Profiles class names may be different to a Personal Profiles or may not exist at all and have a completely different name, this is why it is harder to code for Band Profiles. There is more work to be done in order to code the Myspace Page Design.
