Q: Do you use Templates?
A: Absolutely not, a big no no! Templates are usually offered for free and are not of the highest standards, each design we create is unique to the clients requirements.
Q: What is the turn around time for creating a Custom Myspace Design?
A: At most the process can take up to two weeks to complete but we usually turn this around in a few days depending on the workload it is not always guaranteed to be done in a few days.
Q: What is the turn around time for creating a Website?
A: This depends on the type of website but usually it will take between 2-3 weeks to complete, again this depends on the workload and what features your website will include.
Q: What is the turn around time for creating a Logo Design?
A: At most the process will take up to 1 week. This is usually done within a day or two depending on the clients requirements, the more changes needed the longer it will take to complete. This can usually be complete in a few hours but it depends on how fast the client replies to changes made.
Q: What is the turn around time for creating a Banner Design?
A: This process usually takes a few hours to produce, but depending on the workload and the amount of changes the client requests, and the time to wait for replies from the client, it could take up to a few days max to complete.
Q: How do I update my Mypsace Profile?
A: We give special instructions when needed, otherwise you update it the normal way, certain profile designs may need to be edited a certain way, either way we supply a document with instructions and video tutorials if requested / needed and we are always around to explain anything you do not understand.
Q: How do I update my website?
A: If you lack html knowledge then updating your website may be hard for you but we will show you which bits to change in order to add more content to your website. If you can not do this yourself then you may pay us to update it for you.
Q: I do not have a place to host my Images used in my Myspace Profile!
A: Don't worry if you don't have a photobucket account we create one for you.
Q: I do not have a place to host my completed website!
A: Unfortunatly Skyweb Designs is not a host company and can not host your Website, in order to host it you will need to find a host, you can find free hosts but they usually put annoying ads on your website, we can however recommend some good, reliable paid hosts.
Q: Do you offer refunds if I don't like the final result?
A: Sorry, we do not offer refunds on projects that have been started. Our designers spend several hours working on these designs and they have to be accounted for. We are not a product we are a service. Time and effort go into these designs which is why we can't offer a refund, we do however only take a deposit from you, so you only pay half the price of the payment at the beginging, if you do not like the final product, you will not have to pay the remaining payment but you will not be refunded on your deposit. This information is outlined in our Terms and Conditions page. However we assure you that we will work with you every step of the way until the final product is how you want it, we can't always guarantee you will like it but we will try as best we can to fulfil your requirements.
Q: Can I use your designs or code for my own profile or someone elses?
A: No you can't, not at all, all designs, codes are copyright to Skywed Designs, you can't resell, copy or duplicate any original material created by us.
